Membership of the party is open upon application to all Kenyan citizens irrespective of race, gender, colour, or creed who ascribe to its principles, objects, policies, programmes, directives and discipline of the party and are prepared to abide by this Constitution and any rules made thereunder.
Any other person who has manifested a clear identification with the party and its principles, policies and programs may apply for membership.
All members shall subscribe to the party's Code of Conduct and pledge of commitment.
All members shall pay the prescribed fee for membership.
